Media Organisation seeks an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their business on an initial fixed term contract. The Accounts Payable Assistant would be a good communicator, able to work to deadlines and have strong organisation skills.
Duties of the Accounts Payable Assistant include:
- Registering invoices
- Expenses
- Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing payments via Bacs
- Credit card transactions
- Liaising with the Production team
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- High volume multi- currency invoices
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Assistant include:
- 1-2 years plus accounts payable experience
- Good communication skills
- Able to liaise across the business
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of Excel
