We’re looking for an ambitious SEO Manager with agency experience who understands both technical performance and luxury consumer behaviour.
The Role
As SEO Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of SEO strategies for a portfolio of luxury and premium clients. You’ll work closely with content, PR, development, and paid media teams to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and deliver exceptional client results.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong foundational SEO experience who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns and grow within a premium agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Manage SEO campaigns for multiple luxury and premium brand clients
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Deliver technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement fixes
- Optimise website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and site performance
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Create and present client reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with content and digital PR teams to support organic growth
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends
- Support new business pitches and contribute strategic ideas
Requirements
- 2+ years’ SEO experience within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimisation
- Experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Confident analysing data and translating insights into strategy
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Passion for luxury brands, digital marketing, and consumer trends
Desirable
- Experience working with luxury, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands
- Understanding of digital PR and link-building strategies
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms
