Senior Data Engineer — Mayfair, London

We’re hiring a Senior Data Engineer to help build and scale a modern data platform used across investment, finance, and operations. This is a hands‑on role focused on Python engineering, ETL pipelines, and delivering clean, reliable data to senior stakeholders.

Strong English communication skills and full right to work in the UK are essential due to the level of stakeholder interaction.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and maintain Python‑based ETL pipelines and data workflows
• Develop clean, reusable code for data processing and transformation
• Improve data quality, validation, and monitoring
• Work directly with senior stakeholders across the business
• Support automation and early AI‑enabled processes
• Own ingestion → transformation → delivery across a modern stack

What we’re looking for

• 6–8+ years of hands‑on data engineering experience
• Strong Python engineering (Pandas, ETL, data processing)
• Solid SQL fundamentals
• Experience delivering reliable, production‑grade data pipelines
• Leadership capability: able to take ownership, influence decisions, and guide best practices
• Strong English communication skills
• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship)
• Comfortable working on‑site in Mayfair, 5 days/week
