Business Analyst – AI, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbot, Gemini, Digital, Lending Payments, Financial Services – Contract – Up to £575/day Outside IR35
My client, an exciting UK Digital Bank, is urgently looking for a Digital AI Business Analysts join their London based office on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required in the office 3 days per week (in the City).
This role is to support some on going AI workstreams within the bank:
- A digital Assistant tool for their Lending business
- AI Agents within each work stream to support operational automation
- Chatbot implementation
These projects are intertwined with the wider business strategy and agenda, and you will be a key individual, supporting the portfolio lead with the delivery, and working closely with the business to understand exact requirements. These roles also entail elements of product ownership as the bank looks to pivot further towards value stream and agile delivery.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven Business Analysis experience within the banking sector (preferably working at a challenger bank or Fintech)
- Proven experience delivering Digital AI capability
- Experience in Lending or Payments would be beneficial
- Proven software delivery experience from a BA / product perspective
- Gemini experience would be beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication skills
