Fit Out & Cut & Carve Residential & Commercial Projects
A growing and well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end commercial office fit out and residential cut & carve projects is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its London commercial team.
Based from their Fitzrovia headquarters, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial delivery of prestigious projects across London, with values up to £10 million.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Cost reporting, valuations, variations, and cash flow forecasting
• Liaising closely with clients, consultants, and project delivery teams
• Supporting the Commercial Director in the successful delivery of multiple schemes
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Main Contractor environment
• Strong background delivering commercial office fit out and/or cut & carve refurbishments
• Experience managing projects up to £10M in value
• Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
• Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
Package:
• Salary circa £85,000
• Travel expenses paid
