Senior Design Manager

Our client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction. They have assets valued up to £3billion.

Now seeking two experienced Senior Design Managers on a permanent basis. Both positions will be design leading £120m+ cut and carve schemes (commercial). One to be based in Victoria and the other in London Bridge.

The position will report into the Design Director.

We require individuals to have previous experience on large cut and carve schemes for Tier one main contractors.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £100k – £110k + full package and bonus system on top.
