Compliance Data Analytics – Asset Management

A leading investment management firm based in London’s West End is seeking to appoint an Analytics Associate to support its compliance and regulatory function.

Working closely with stakeholders across compliance, operations, and technology, the successful individual will play a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities, strengthening data governance, and improving operational efficiency through analytics and automation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing management information and dashboard reporting for the compliance function
• Supporting initiatives focused on data quality, process optimisation, and automation
• Partnering with operational and technology teams to improve data consistency, reporting infrastructure, and system connectivity
• Contributing to the ongoing evolution of analytics capabilities within a highly regulated environment

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Approximately 3–6 years’ relevant industry experience
• Asset Management experience in some capacity is essential
• Strong data analytics and visualisation capabilities, with the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights
• Prior exposure to compliance, regulatory, or risk-related functions would be advantageous
• A detail-oriented and collaborative approach, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
