The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Building Services Shift Electrician to join a high-performing team supporting critical electrical infrastructure across sites in London.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the shift team, you will:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and effectively

Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards

Support critical operations by maintaining system uptime and reliability

Work collaboratively within a shift team to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain clear and accurate records of all works undertaken

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:

Proven experience in building services or electrical maintenance environments

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and fault-finding

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues

A recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

A solid understanding of health & safety and compliance standards

The ability to work effectively in a live, fast-moving environment

Eessential

Experience working in critical environments or commercial properties
