Asset Management, Senior Analyst/Associate | Real Estate Megafund | London

We are working with a leading global alternative investment platform with a significant European real estate presence and a track record across complex, value-add and opportunistic investments.

The team is looking to hire an Asset Management professional (Senior Analyst / Associate level, c.18 months – 3 years experience) to support the management and optimisation of a diversified real estate portfolio across the UK and Europe.

This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role offering broad exposure across asset-level execution, portfolio strategy and value creation initiatives within a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor asset performance against underwriting assumptions and business plans, identifying operational and financial improvement opportunities
  • Support execution of asset management initiatives across office, logistics, retail, residential and alternative sectors
  • Analyse leasing activity, operating performance, cash flows and capex programmes across the portfolio
  • Work closely with operating partners, advisors and local teams to drive asset-level performance
  • Build and review detailed financial models, including scenario, sensitivity and valuation analysis
  • Support strategic initiatives including refinancings, developments, repositionings and disposals
  • Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio updates and investor reporting presentations
  • Partner closely with acquisitions, portfolio management and capital markets teams on ongoing asset strategy

Role Requirements:

  • 18 months+ years’ experience in asset management, real estate private equity, investment banking or a related field
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
  • Highly commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and execution ability
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders
