I’ve just partnered with an exciting Microsoft cloud business that most people haven’t heard of yet.
They’re a specialist Microsoft CSP — M365, Azure, licensing — competing in a space dominated by multi-billion pound resellers. They win by being faster, leaner, and genuinely better at the product than anyone else in the room.
~35 people. US-headquartered. European operation growing fast.
Here are two roles they’re hiring for:
The BDR role (£42k base | £57k–£62k OTE)
- Outbound-led, AI-assisted dialling, real structure and KPIs.
- Marketing feeds you some pipeline — but you’re expected to generate.
- 90% of their current BDRs hit quota in Q1.
- The ones who move fast are sitting in an AE seat within six months.
The Sales Exec role (£52k base | £77k OTE)
- Full cycle. Self-generated pipeline.
- Average deal £10K MRR, targeting IT managers and directors in 50–500 seat businesses.
- Microsoft ecosystem experience is required — this isn’t negotiable.
Both roles: London, 4 days in office, proper onboarding, real progression path.
