Senior Business Analyst – Commercial Pharma & AI Analytics

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office) Experience: 9–11 Years

ChabezTech is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Commercial Pharma, Data & Analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Gather and translate business requirements into implementation-ready epics and user stories.
• Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and AI teams on analytics modernization initiatives.
• Support AI/ML use cases including forecasting, segmentation, and dynamic targeting.
• Drive governance, UAT, reporting improvements, and user adoption.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Commercial Pharma analytics.
• Knowledge of Drug Launch processes within European markets.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Power BI
• Snowflake
• SQL
• Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Cortex.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
