Onboarding Operations Manager – KYC & Strategy – Leading Pensions Specialist/Investment Manager

Miryco Consultants are working with the Operations team of a leading pensions specialist/Investment Manager, who are looking for a KYC professional to join their company. The team will partner with Trading, Asset Origination and Pricing to help facilitate new transactions and focus on strategy and process management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and review end-to-end KYC processes
• Conduct and oversee CDD and EDD, sanctions screening and PEP checks
• Oversee third-party KYC vendor ensuring quality standards
• Primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders and vendors
• Strategy projects to help implement control and best practice
• Partner with multiple teams to resolve and improve client experience

Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience in relevant KYC role
• Working exposure to other aspects of the onboarding process
• Experience managing a vendor relationship
• Exposure to Databricks, Python and Enterprise Architecture tools preferred
