We’re looking for an AI-native Social Media Manager who understands modern internet culture, creates high-performing content, and knows how to grow attention across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role is perfect for someone obsessed with content, personal branding, storytelling, AI tools, and scaling media-first companies.
The Role
You’ll work directly with our Founder to help grow Entr Tech’s digital presence, personal
brand, community, and media ecosystem.
This is not a traditional social media management role. You’ll play a key part in scaling one of Europe’s
most exciting sales education and AI-focused media brands.
- Content strategy and storytelling
- Short-form video production and editing
- Podcast repurposing and distribution

- Viral content ideation and execution
- Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X
- Repurpose podcasts, webinars, interviews, and events into high-performing short-form content
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, scripts, and social copy
- Support filming, editing, and creative direction for content shoots
- Create graphics, carousels, memes, and visual storytelling assets
- Turn student success stories into high-performing social content
- Research trends, viral formats, and creator strategies
- Support audience engagement, community management, and inbound conversations
- Help scale Entr Tech’s founder brand and overall media presence
- Use AI tools daily to improve workflows, ideation, editing, and distribution
- Requirements
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Strong editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Highly organised, proactive, and creative
- Deep interest in startups, tech, AI, media, and creator culture
- Strong understanding of internet culture and what makes content perform online
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus Points
- Experience building personal brands
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or OpusClip
- Understanding of performance analytics and growth strategy
- Experience filming or directing creators
- Startup, creator economy, or education experience
