The Opportunity
Successful trainees will receive hands-on training from experienced consultants and leadership teams, learning how to manage the full recruitment process within specialist technology markets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing interviews and recruitment processes
- Sourcing talent across tech and infrastructure markets
- Learning business development and client management
- Negotiating offers and placements
- Developing your own specialist market over time
