An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a modern, growing contractor delivering major projects across MoD, defence, education, healthcare and residential sectors.
With turnover exceeding £140m and a strong secured pipeline, the business offers long-term stability alongside exposure to complex and varied schemes ranging from £15m to £100m+.
The Role
Based in the Central London office, you’ll take commercial lead responsibility across projects, overseeing procurement strategy, subcontract management, cost reporting and commercial performance.
You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior commercial staff and supporting the continued growth of the commercial team.
