Job Title: Partner Recruiting Manager (EMEA)

Location: London

Working Arrangement: 3/4 days a week are required in the London office.

Requirements: Extensive in-house law firm recruitment experience at the associate level plus.

Supporting the Chief and Associate Director, the Manager will lead lateral partner hiring across EMEA, spanning a broad range of practice groups. They will also support integration planning and market intelligence to strengthen the firm’s ability to attract and onboard high-calibre talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end lateral partner recruitment, ensuring a high-touch experience and preparing candidate materials and partner briefing points.
  • Serve as a key contact for candidates, search firms, and internal stakeholders, managing scheduling and communications across time zones.
  • Support compensation proposals, conflicts checks, and integration planning for incoming partners.
  • Liaise with General Counsel and external counsel on offer documentation and cross-border hiring issues.
  • Develop working knowledge of partner compensation structures to support decision-making.
  • Partner with HR and office leadership on visas and employment logistics for international hires.
  • Oversee external diligence, flagging risks and escalating issues promptly.
  • Provide global process support, including after-hours interview coordination when needed.
  • Contribute to market mapping, maintain search firm relationships, and track lateral hiring trends.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in law firms.
  • Global recruiting experience and awareness would be ideal.
  • Experience with lateral recruitment from at least associate level plus.
