Full Time | Office Based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced business. This is a varied generalist HR role with a strong focus on recruitment initially, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-focused and administrative responsibilities.
You will support the business across all areas of HR, helping to deliver a smooth employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to employee support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment activities including adverts, interviews and onboarding
- Managing HR administration and maintaining employee records
- Supporting absence management, holidays and HR reporting
- Assisting with employee relations and performance processes
- Supporting training and development activities
- Assisting with payroll administration and HR systems
- Ensuring HR processes remain compliant with UK employment law
About You
- Previous HR experience within a busy environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive with a positive and professional approach
- CIPD qualified or working towards desirable
