What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Chiropractic Associate, you’ll play an essential role in our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Strong Patient Relationships – Welcoming and guiding both new and existing patients with clarity, empathy, and integrity
- Delivering Outstanding Chiropractic Care – Consistent, ethical, and heart-led adjustments, rooted in evidence-informed practice
- Growing with Support – Build your patient list while receiving structured mentorship, regular 1:1s and training
- Sharing Our Mission – Help us inspire more people through occasional community events, talks, and social outreach
- Being a Team Player – Communicate clearly with your colleagues, attend monthly meetings, and contribute to our positive team culture
- Maintaining Professional Standards – Keep clear, concise notes, protect patient confidentiality, and always represent the clinic with professionalism and warmth
We’re looking for someone who is honest, accountable, curious, and ready to commit to both personal and professional growth.

- Patient Base: Mostly from maternity cover. Also strong online marketing, referrals, screenings and talks.

Pay & Hours
- Employed position with a base salary + commission
- Clear promotion pathway with structured salary progression (promotion checklist available on request)
- 30 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
- We’ll cover your first year of GCC and Association fees (for new grads)
