Rate of Pay: 35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Predominately Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, 7am – 3:30pm ,occasional weekend and evening shifts depending on events,Site closed over Christmas and New Years
Key Responsibilities:
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
- To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are picture perfect every time
- To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
- To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients - Working in a team of 6, 1 HC, 1 Sous Chef, 1 Junior Sous, 2 CDP and 1 Breakfast Chef
Our ideal candidate will have contract catering experience.
