Here at No.15 Bath by GuestHouse, we’re a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Waiting Team Member who can serve up elegance with a smile and turn every guest’s experience into a key memory.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver exceptional service in our restaurant (breakfast room), bar, and lounge – with charm, confidence, and a dash of flair
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make guests feel special, like a character in a Jane Austen novel
- Keep the dining areas looking as polished as Bath’s crescents
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep things flowing smoothly
- Share your knowledge of the menu, local produce, and maybe even a fun fact about the Roman Baths
