Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, values-led charitable organisation to recruit a Corporate Fundraising Lead on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced relationship-builder and fundraising professional to play a key role in developing sustainable corporate partnerships that directly support impactful services delivered across Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate fundraising activity, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with supporters and partners. This role would suit someone who is commercially aware, proactive, highly organised, and passionate about making a meaningful difference within the community sector.
The Role
As Corporate Fundraising Lead, you will:
- Develop and support the delivery of the corporate fundraising strategy and annual activity plans
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate supporters and external stakeholders
- Identify and develop new corporate fundraising and partnership opportunities
- Support and attend fundraising events and engagement activities as required
- Deliver an excellent supporter journey and maintain high levels of donor engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor fundraising activity against targets and KPIs
- Work collaboratively with the wider communications and fundraising team to support campaigns and organisational objectives
- Ensure all fundraising activity is compliant with GDPR, fundraising regulations, and relevant health & safety procedures
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:
- Previous experience within fundraising, business development, account management, or partnership development
- Experience achieving targets and generating new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including confidence presenting to stakeholders
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages
- A proactive and collaborative approach to team working

Additional Information
- Full current UK driving licence and access to a car required. (consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence)
