About you
- Minimum of 2 years construction or maintenance experience
- Valid CSR card and full driving licence
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Experience with plant operation and mobile devices (desirable)
- Strong awareness of health and safety protocols
What you’ll do
- Carry out response repairs and void works, including fencing, concreting, demolition, and minor build works
- Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently
- Work on void and tenanted properties with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly
