Business Development & Sales Executive, Irish market
Cala Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturer within the PVC window and door sector for a Sales Executive to cover the Irish market. The ideal candidate will be based mid or South Ireland.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a respected business with a strong product offering and an established presence in the market. The successful candidate will focus on developing relationships with trade customers, maintaining existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across Ireland. This role will suit someone with strong field sales experience in a similar company or equivalent, a good understanding of the construction or building products sector, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales throughout South of Ireland
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing trade customers
Identify and win new business opportunities
Promote the companys range of PVC window and door products
Conduct regular customer visits and territory planning
Prepare quotations and support customers with product enquiries
Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer needs
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain accurate records of customer activity and pipeline opportunities
Essential
Previous sales experience in a field-based or territory sales role in South of Ireland
Experience selling to trade customers
Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to manage a territory effectively
Full clean driving license
Willingness to travel across Ireland
