General Manager Opportunity – Little Wing Ballyhackamore
Little Wing Pizzeria is offering an exciting position for a new General Manager to join our existing management team. We are looking for a candidate who can bring experience, organization and strong communication skills to lead and develop our teams, providing the best service to our loyal customers.
The General Manager will take ownership of the outlet, control operations according to company guidelines, maximize revenue of food and beverage by consistently delivering high quality, friendly, and well‑organised service. Responsibilities include implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall, liaising with senior management, executing local marketing initiatives, and building relationships with local community and charity groups.
This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week over five shifts, including weekends. Competitive salary of £32,000 – £38,000, paid fortnightly, with a performance bonus structure (potential to earn up to an extra £5,700 annually). Additional perks include free pizza on shift and a 20% discount on food across various outlets.
Essential Criteria
- 2 years’ experience in a management position at General or Assistant level in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza.
- Strong customer focus.
Desirable Criteria
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a General Management position.
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
