Job Title: Ward Clerk – Supporting People with Learning Disabilities & Autism
Location: Brooklands Hospital
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, with possibility to increase to 37.5 hours Monday to Friday in future.
Overview
Brooklands Hospital is a specialist hospital caring for people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The ward provides a highly skilled environment to manage challenging situations and support the well‑being of both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and professionals calmly and respectfully.
- Manage ward administration and support daily operations.
- Create a safe, supportive environment for patients with LD&A.
- Scan and upload documents accurately and promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records.
