Electrical Site Manager – M&E / Building Services
Location: WokingSalary: 65,000 – 70,000 + PackageHoliday: 31 Days
An established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support the delivery of projects across Woking and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day electrical activities on site
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
- Monitor quality of installations and oversee snagging and handover
- Coordinate with project teams and other trades on site
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager
- Strong understanding of electrical installations and site processes
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple trades
- Good communication and organisational skills
Package
- Salary of 65,000 – 70,000
- 31 days annual leave
