  • You will play a key role in analyzing, structuring, and supporting execution of investments and acquisitions across our business units, with a focus on digital assets, data centers, and emerging infrastructure trends

  • Acquisitions and Strategic Investments
  • ,

  • Support and manage the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures
  • ,

  • Drive end-to-end transaction processes on behalf of the company, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal negotiation, and integration planning
  • ,

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and firmwide corporate functions (including Finance, Legal, Operations, People and Tech organizations) to ensure comprehensive transaction assessments across all areas of expected firm involvement
  • ,

  • Evaluate new opportunities and provide oversight for existing strategic investments, monitoring performance, preparing updates, and making recommendations to leadership
  • ,

  • Contribute to post-acquisition integration efforts, tracking key milestones, synergies, and capital allocation performance
  • ,

  • Analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics across the digital asset and data center ecosystems to provide insights for team and firm leadership

  • Prepare executive- and board-level materials related to proposed transactions and initiatives emerging from Strategy & Corporate Development projects
