• Manage all day‑to‑day aspects of branch operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Lead, develop and inspire the team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets.
• Drive sales and growth.
• Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch.

• Solid background in the Plumbing and Heating / Trade sector.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Passion for nurturing team development.
• Strong track record in sales and operational excellence within a customer‑facing environment.
• Commercial acumen and ability to execute plans to deliver profitable results.
