We are pleased to announce an internal opportunity for the position of MoD Core Regional Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing both the day to day Core operational management across SDA’s 27 and 28 in Hampshire as well as taking ownership of projects from pricing through to completion and monitoring compliance, PPM’s and assisting with the delivery of small works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and reporting on KPI’s
- Health & Safety management and compliance monitoring
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR issues
- Monitoring PPM and corrective maintenance works
- Completing audits and ensuring standards are maintained
- Managing staffing levels and on-call rotas
- Supporting site teams with day to day operations
- Managing budgets and costs
- Assist with the pricing of small works
- Knowledge and experience of PPM and corrective maintenance contracts
- Ability to manage multiple operations effective
- Strong mechanical or electrical knowledge
- Willing to travel across multiple sites in Hampshire
