An established and busy regional housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for a traditional build residential development in the Manthorpe area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager ready to step into a No.1 role on a quality-led housing scheme with a business known for delivering high standards and maintaining a strong pipeline of work.
The Role:Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will take day-to-day operational control of the development from site set-up through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, health & safety, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities:Managing the site as the No.1 on a traditional build housing developmentCoordinating trades, subcontractors, and site teamsDriving programme and ensuring build deadlines are metMaintaining exceptional health & safety standards on siteOverseeing quality throughout all stages of the buildManaging NHBC inspections and ensuring complianceLeading site meetings and reporting progress to senior managementDelivering plots to a high standard and supporting customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within residential housebuildingStrong background delivering traditional build housing developmentsAbility to manage projects independently as the lead on siteExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong knowledge of health & safety and build programmesSSTS, CSCS and First Aid essentialNHBC experience preferred
