Graduate Commercial Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced, growing department as aGraduate Commercial Property Manager. This is an integral role within the team, offering the chance to make a real impact as we expand.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented graduate who is keen to develop their career in commercial property management. You will be supported to learn on the job while managing a varied portfolio with confidence and growing precision. The candidate will be supported towards successfully obtaining their chartered status through the successful completion of their APC.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting withlease readingand tracking compliance with key covenants.
• Supportingproperty inspectionsand identifying maintenance or H&S issues.
• Helping withcredit control, including chasing arrears and reconciling accounts.
• Assisting withservice charge implementationand budget administration.
• Acting as a point of contact fortenant liaison.
• Maintainingorganised recordsand managing multiple tasks.
• Preparingreportsfor clients and senior management.
