Looking for a role where you can add real value while earning strong commission?We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning organisation within the utilities sector, and they’re looking to expand their team with a Direct Sales Advisor specialising in water contract renewals.
The OpportunityIn this role, you’ll manage a pipeline of business customers approaching the end of their water contracts, guiding them through the renewal process and securing the most suitable solutions.You’ll focus on retaining accounts, building trust, and identifying opportunities to introduce additional services. This is a consultative sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client conversations rather than purely transactional selling.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and engage a pipeline of upcoming water contract renewalsUnderstand customer needs and recommend tailored renewal solutionsRetain customers through competitive and commercially sound offersIdentify and convert cross-sell opportunities across additional servicesBuild strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse client baseConfidently handle objections and resolve customer queriesMaintain accurate records and effectively manage your workloadWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales, account management, or contract renewalsExperience within water contracts or the utilities sector would be highly advantageousStrong communication and negotiation skillsA customer-focused approach with excellent listening abilityHighly organised with the ability to manage your own pipelineTarget-driven and motivated by achieving resultsConfident handling commercial conversations and objectionsGood IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeWhat’s in It for You?
