Front of House & Membership Consultant

Jetts Fitness Hammersmith — Part-Time

Jetts Fitness Hammersmithis a 24-hour gym offering a full range of functional, strength and cardio equipment alongside a packed group fitness timetable. We are a small, high-performing team that takes real pride in the club and the experience we give our members.

We are looking for aFront of House & Membership Consultantto join the team on a part-time basis. This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of the club — you will be the first impression Jetts makes on every member and visitor who walks through the door, and your contribution goes well beyond the front desk.

What the role involves

Front of house & customer serviceYou will greet and welcome every member and visitor warmly and professionally. You are the first point of contact for enquiries in person and by phone, and you will make sure every interaction reflects what Jetts is about — friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

Membership salesYou will conduct tours of the club, present membership options with confidence, and convert prospective members on the day. You will manage lead follow-up and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

Social media & contentYou will take ownership of the club’s social media presence — planning, creating and posting content consistently across our channels. We want content that reflects the community, the culture and the results at Jetts Hammersmith, not just promotional posts. You will also respond to comments and messages promptly and in line with the Jetts brand tone.

Club standardsYou will help keep the club clean, stocked and presented to a high standard throughout your shift, and complete daily admin and system tasks as required.

What we are looking for

  • A natural communicator — confident, warm and professional in person and on the phone

  • Someone who enjoys selling and is comfortable having a confident conversation with a prospective member

  • Creative with social media — you do not need to be a professional content creator, but you should have an eye for what works and enjoy producing content that connects

  • Organised and reliable — you will be managing your own tasks across a shift and we need someone who takes ownership without being chased

  • A genuine interest in health, fitness and the gym environment

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles in fitness, hospitality, retail or sales is an advantage but not essential — attitude and energy matter more

The role

  • Pay:£13+ per hour

  • Hours:10–20 hours per week, with the potential to flex up depending on business need

  • Shifts:Weekday evenings and weekends are the core requirement — you must be available for both. Exact shift pattern to be confirmed

  • Reporting to:Senior Club Manager
