A snapshot of the role:
Own performance across paid social, organic activity across multiple client accounts.Lead campaign strategy, budget allocation and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, Google and wider paid channels.Drive awareness and social campaigns that deliver measurable growth.Present performance insights and recommendations directly to clients.Ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly across multiple brands.Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging social-first content and high-performing paid assets.Support and mentor the wider digital team, helping to drive collaboration and performance across departments.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Experience working within an agency environment – essential.Proven experience paid social, social media and performance marketing.Meta and TikTok experience – essential.Strong hands-on platform knowledge across social channels.A solid understanding of both paid and organic social.Commercially minded with a strong grasp of reporting, analytics and campaign performance.Confident presenting to clients and the team.A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with creative and content teams.Having understanding of CRM is a bonus!PLEASE NOTE: Our client is looking for someone to start ASAP!
