The role will involve:

• Assisting in the creation and refinement of new food ideas
• Producing samples for client meetings and internal tastings
• Taking part in kitchen trials and development sessions
• Gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the development kitchen

About you:

• Professional experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen
• A keen interest in food innovation and emerging trends
• Well-organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with a hands-on, can-do approach
• Strong team player with good communication skills
