TheRole

SittingattheintersectionoffinanceandIT,you’lltakeownershipoftheday-to-daymanagementandcontinuousimprovementofthefinancesystemenvironment—primarilyNetSuite.You’llworkcloselywithfinancestakeholderstounderstandprocesspainpoints,translaterequirementsintosystemsolutions,andsupportthewiderbusinessthroughreporting,integrations,anduserenablement.

Responsibilities

• ActastheinternalsubjectmatterexpertforNetSuite,managingconfiguration,maintenance,andcontinuousimprovementactivity
• Workwithfinanceandoperationsteamstogatherrequirementsandtranslatethemintoscalablesystemsolutions
• Buildandmaintainsavedsearches,reports,dashboards,andworkflowstosupportfinancialreportingandcontrols
• SupportintegrationsbetweenNetSuiteandthird-partyplatforms,liaisingwithvendorsandtechnicalteamsasrequired
• Manageuseraccess,roles,andpermissions—ensuringsystemintegrityandcompliance
• Leadtestingandvalidationactivityforsystemchanges,upgrades,andnewmodulerollouts
• Provideday-to-dayusersupportandtrainingacrossthefinancefunction
