British Eventing (BE), the national governing body for the Olympic discipline of eventing, is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as its Chair for the next four years.This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the sport, oversee the delivery of an enhanced governance model, and help position British Eventing for long-term sustainability and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLEThe Chair will work in close partnership with the Chief Executive Officer to:• Drive the development and implementation of BE’s strategic priorities• Support the delivery of an updated governance structure• Identify and realise innovative opportunities to increase membership• Rebuild financial reserves• Broaden the sport’s reach, profile, and inclusivity—from grassroots to elite level
