TheRole
SittingattheintersectionoffinanceandIT,you’lltakeownershipoftheday-to-daymanagementandcontinuousimprovementofthefinancesystemenvironment—primarilyNetSuite.You’llworkcloselywithfinancestakeholderstounderstandprocesspainpoints,translaterequirementsintosystemsolutions,andsupportthewiderbusinessthroughreporting,integrations,anduserenablement.
Responsibilities
- ActastheinternalsubjectmatterexpertforNetSuite,managingconfiguration,maintenance,andcontinuousimprovementactivity
- Workwithfinanceandoperationsteamstogatherrequirementsandtranslatethemintoscalablesystemsolutions
- Buildandmaintainsavedsearches,reports,dashboards,andworkflowstosupportfinancialreportingandcontrols
- SupportintegrationsbetweenNetSuiteandthird-partyplatforms,liaisingwithvendorsandtechnicalteamsasrequired
- Manageuseraccess,roles,andpermissions—ensuringsystemintegrityandcompliance
- Leadtestingandvalidationactivityforsystemchanges,upgrades,andnewmodulerollouts
- Provideday-to-dayusersupportandtrainingacrossthefinancefunction

- Experiencewithsystemintegrationsanddatamanagementadvantageous
