Role Summary

  • Responsibilities: You will take a leading role across a variety of Market Access projects, working alongside project teams to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Salary: £50,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced professional to help lead and grow our Market Access service offering as Costello Medical continues to expand. In this Senior Analyst role, you will take ownership of client projects, provide strategic advice, and support and mentor project teams to ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables to agreed timelines. You will play a key role in shaping clear, evidence‑based value narratives for new therapies, drawing on strong scientific understanding and excellent written communication skills. Alongside project delivery, you will contribute to the development of long‑term client partnerships and support business development initiatives.

The role spans multiple accounts and disease areas, requiring flexibility and close collaboration with colleagues across different services at Costello Medical.

Hybrid Working Policy

Flexible working arrangements allow colleagues who have passed probation to work from home for up to half of the time, measured across a two‑week rolling period. During probation (normally the first six months), you can work from home one day per week.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual with genuine enthusiasm for healthcare and a proactive approach to fostering client relationships in the HEOR/Market Access space. Essential requirements include:

  • Undergraduate degree‑level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1). Candidates from biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health, or related fields are welcome.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in delivering market access projects, including direct experience leading the development of global value materials such as value dossiers, value propositions and objection handlers.
  • The technical and strategic knowledge to provide insightful recommendations to clients on project content and approach.
  • Strong scientific writing skills, with proficiency in tailoring content for payers, patients, clients and internal teams.
  • Experience leading client communication in both written and verbal formats, with adaptability to varied communication styles.
  • The proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, high written accuracy and proficiency in English and numeracy.
  • Demonstrable project management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Proficiency in data presentation, using Excel, PowerPoint and Word to produce professional, high‑standard work.
  • A commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service and quality deliverables amidst competing demands.
  • Leadership or mentoring skills capable of motivating colleagues and managing the delivery of project components effectively.
