Job Title: Static Air Conditioning EngineerLocation: Static Site – West LondonSalary: Up to £50,000
The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the engineering team at a large static site in West London.
You will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of air conditioning and mechanical building systems, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault finding tasks
* Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs across HVAC equipment
* Complete engineer reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
* Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and on-site teams
* Assist with sourcing parts and coordinating required works
About You
* City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
* Strong background in maintenance of mechanical and HVAC building systems
* Good understanding of health & safety and risk assessment procedures
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
