Peshori Consultant is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious CA (Fresher)/semi-qualified CA to join the International tax & M&A team.
Eligibility
– Who is extremely passionate about learning tax and making a strong career in it– Having articleship/internship experience in Income-tax– Having a foundational and strong understanding of Income-tax laws and principles.– Possess curiosity and a strong motivation to learn and apply complex international tax concepts.– Having excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.– Having good drafting skills
Responsibilities
– Assist partners with international tax advisory projects.– Research and analyse tax treaties, foreign tax laws, and regulations.– Undertake FEMA advisory for inbound and outbound investments, capital transactions– Drafting advisory opinions– Handling litigation on International tax issues– Handling International tax & FEMA compliances
