As a Food andBeverage Supervisor at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will play a crucial role inensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant and bar. Working closely withsenior management and your team, you will strive to deliver exceptional diningexperiences that exceed our guests’ expectations. Your leadership and passionfor food and beverage will contribute to the continued success of our vibrantestablishment.
Responsibilities:
- Overseethe daily management and smooth operation of the restaurant and bar.
- Build andmaintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, ensuring theirsatisfaction.
- Addressand resolve any guest complaints, communicating effectively with the Food andBeverage Manager.
- Ensurecompliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaboratewith the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver high-quality service.
- Conductdaily briefings with the team to ensure clarity and motivation.
- Lead,motivate, and develop your team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintainhigh standards of food, drink, and service quality.
What you Need:
- Previousexperience as a Restaurant or Food and Beverage Supervisor in a fast-paced,luxury venue.
- Demonstratedpassion for food and beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products andingredients.
- Strongunderstanding of the current market and competitive landscape.
- Provenexperience in managing, leading, and developing a team.
- Excellentcommunication skills and attention to detail.
- Abilityto establish and maintain professional relationships with guests and teammembers.
