Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a Rota Coordinator/PPC (Specialist Medicine) to join our dedicated team at The Royal London Hospital. This is a substantive role. The post focuses on resident rota management and patient pathway coordination services delivered at The Royal London Hospital. The successful candidate will work within a well-established and supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident medical rotas.
• Support the smooth progression of patients through defined care pathways.
• Work closely with clinical teams, operational colleagues and wider corporate services.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery, workforce planning and patient experience.
• Proactively manage patient pathways and contribute to service improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience or strong interest in liver services.
• Experience or strong interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease services.
• Proactive and organised, able to work at pace and manage competing priorities.
• Capable of contributing positively to service improvement.
