The ideal candidate would:• Have a strong focus on data in their previous roles.• Be experienced in bringing data together and working with it meaningfully.• Ideally have exposure to AI and machine learning (though not essential).• Possess some technical background—understanding databases, possibly with development experience.• Be familiar with Oracle tools, ERP systems• Be capable of quickly picking up technology and learning on the job.
