United Response is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our dedicated services., We are seeking a confident and experienced leader who can support, mentor, and develop a team of staff while ensuring people we support receive outstanding care.The ideal candidate will:Have experience supervising and motivating staff in health and social careBe passionate about making a difference in people’s livesHold an NVQ Level 3 in Social Care Management (or equivalent)Have clear written and verbal communication skillsBe IT literate and confident using different systemsBe committed to flexible working and travel between locationsDemonstrate knowledge and commitment to safeguarding adults
