Site Lead – Highways & Water (North East)

Site Agent | North East | £55k – £65k + Package

I am working for an established regional contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Agent to support a growing portfolio ofhighways and water projectsacross the North East

This role is suited to someone who has progressed from a Site or Section Engineer background and is comfortable in a hands-on, site-led position

Key Focus:

• Day-to-day site management of highways and water schemes
• Strong site presence, leading engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Health & safety, programme delivery, and quality control

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience on highways orwater projects
• Engineering-led career progression
• Practical, delivery-focused approach
• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant civil engineering qualifications
