We are looking for an experienced DevelopmentResearcher to join our fast-paced in-house Business Development team in Kew.
Theideal candidate will play a key role in creating visually compelling pitchdecks across our multi-genre slate – in Sport, Branded, Docs, andEntertainment.
Theywill thrive in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for the process ofbuilding decks and generating original ideas.
Abackground working in a development team, responding to briefs and RFPs isessential, alongside excellent writing skills, a keen eye for design, andproficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Keynote.

Key Responsibilities:
● Support the BusinessDevelopment team in creating pitch decks for the Docs and Ents teams, as wellas responding to tenders for major international sports production and brandedcontracts.
● Contribute to projectdevelopment through research, meeting coordination, drafting project plans, andpresenting outlines to the team.
● Research and gatherinformation from content experts across the company to produce insightful,high-quality pitch decks.
● Stay up to date with thesports industry and evolving design landscape, particularly emerging AI tools.
● Write compelling, persuasivecopy that showcases Whisper’s credentials and responds effectively toRFPs/ITTs.
● Identify and help resolveissues that arise during the development process.
● Contribute creative andeditorial ideas across Sport, Branded, Docs, and Entertainment, includingvisual and picture research.

Knowledge, Skills, andExperience:
● Proven ability to translatecreative ideas into structured pitch documents and written treatments.
● Strong team player, able toprioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
● Comfortable collaboratingacross the wider Whisper Group, including content and management leads, andworking closely with senior Business Development stakeholders.
● Excellent communication,collaboration, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong research skills, withthe ability to source and compile archive materials, including stills andcontent for pitch films and decks.
● High standard of writtenEnglish, with strong attention to spelling and grammar.
● Strong design sensibility,with experience in Keynote preferred and working knowledge of Photoshopdesirable.
● Confident presenting ideasand responding to briefs under pressure.
● Able to manage variedworkloads, prioritise effectively, and deliver to deadlines while adapting tochange.
● Solid knowledge of, andenthusiasm for, sport, documentaries, entertainment, and TV production in theUK and globally.
Location:
Kew, London .
Working Days:
Five-dayweek, with four days in the office and one day working from home.
Someflexibility is required, including occasional weekend work depending onproduction needs.
Lieu dayswill be given for any additional days worked.
Flexitimeis available, subject to production requirements.
