Role Summary:
Respond to reactive works within the teamEnsure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescalesLiaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance & repair tasksUndertake site surveys & produce Works Requests, Method Statements & Risk Assessments for planned worksRepairs floor and wall coveringsResponsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacementsResponsible for other building and installation works asrequiredAccountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU’s / FCU’s and Basic Plumbing requirementsUtilisePDA to complete works, key communications & updatesComplete reactive, PPM jobs & projectsin a timely mannerUndertake minor projects worksEnsure all works are carried out safely andin accordance withHealth and Safety at Work RegulationsIn addition to the abovedutiesyou will be expected to undertake all reasonable tasks as directed by the Technical Services ManagerExperience Required:
