Contracts Manager – Fit Out Sheffield £50k-£55k Package Are you a Contracts Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Do you have experience delivering commercial fit-out projects? TS Recruitment are working with a specialist commercial interiors contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects across Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire. Benefits Salary circa £50k-£55k (CIS option available) Car allowance and expenses Long-term progression opportunities Projects across Yorkshire & North Notts Responsibilities Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish Write and manage site programmes Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality Manage labour, supervisors, and subcontractors Ensure H&S compliance across all sites Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control Oversee 4-5 live projects valued from £25k-£2m Report directly to the Managing Director Company Specialist commercial interior fit-out contractor Projects ranging from £25k-£2m Work includes schools, offices, and local authority projects Requirements Strong technical knowledge of internal trades SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified Minimum 5 years’ management experience Good IT and reporting skills Full UK driving licence Applications If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.
