Senior Quantity Surveyor Lincoln Permanent £60,000 – £70,000 Plus package Car allowance TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a regional main contractor based and operating in Lincolnshire. Established for over 60 years, this main contractor is leading the way in Lincolnshire with a fantastic pipeline of secured projects in sectors such as Education, Leisure, Residential and Healthcare. Due to their continued success, a Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the established commercial team in Lincoln, working closely with contracts managers delivering projects valued up to £20m in a variety of sectors. The Role: Preparing, negotiating, and reviewing tender and contract cost submissions Tracking project commercial performance and providing updates Producing monthly valuations for completed works Pricing, assessing, and managing project variations from start to completion Procuring subcontractors and securing competitive subcontract quotations Forecasting and cost reporting The Person: Quantity Surveying degree or HND IT literate Strong communication skills Experience with JCT/NEC contracts TS Recruitment act as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
